Register and login to Cashback Points using your username and password. Browse Cashback Points and click the links to your favourite stores. Cashback Points track your orders and award cashback to your personal account.

• My cashback points are not showing on 'My Account'?

Allow 7 days for your cashback to be shown, sometimes this can take up to 30 days. If your points are still not showing after 30 days then contact customer care representative regarding your order. Click here

Why are my cashback points 'validated'?

There are two stages in receiving Cashback Points . A 'PENDING' cashback indicates that the shop has tracked your order and will be subject to checks (cancelled sales, returns). A 'VALIDATED' cashback is a confirmation that the shop has confirmed your order or lead and your account has been rewarded with cashback. Your cashback points are usually validated within 7 days, however this process can take longer (up to 30 days) depending upon the shop and order.

• When will I receive my payment cheque?

Cashback Points send a cheque month. The cheque is payable to the account holder (please ensure your details are correct).

You will automatically receive a cheque by post if your account total is above £20. If your account total is below £20, your account total will be carried over to the next payment period.

Payment is 30 days in arrears, for example: cheque for June will include all validated cashback earned up to April 30th. See table below:
